Bodymind Massage Therapy is pleased to offer a Hot Stone Therapeutic Massage. What a wonderful way to relax on a cold and damp day. Hot Stone massage is particularly effective for those with chronic tension, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia.


Volcanic Basalt Stones are heated in a water bath and placed on the body in specific patterns to encourage deep relaxation. The stones are then used to massage deep into tired muscles for a relaxing experience that is unrivaled. Hot moist heat packs are used in combination with the stones to deeply relax the body and mind.

 

**NOTE: This treatment isn't for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, please consider treatments other than Hot Stone Therapy:

  • Diabetes/Pregnancy

  • Severe varicose veins
